VIP Auto Salon Lexus RC F on Vossen Wheels
Now that the dust has settled on the 2014 SEMA show and we enjoyed the showstoppers to our hearts content, it’s time to look back at the gems we missed. This turquoise Lexus RC F is definitely one of these gems, built by VIP Auto Salon in partnership with Vossen Wheels. VIP’s Lexus RC F is unique in more ways than one, but that paint work kind of distracts you and doesn’t really let you notice the other good things about this car. For starters, it has an aero kit including a front splitter, side skirts and rear diffuser. And then there are those wheels.
The wheels Vossen has supplied for this project are lightweight forged Precision Series “311″ models finished in graphite grey. They measure 20×9 inch on the front axle and 20×10.5 on the rear. Thanks to some serious tinkering with the suspension which has resulted in substantial reduction in the ride height, this RC F sits really pretty on those rims. VIP and Vossen have not reported on any performance upgrades, but that’s OK, as the standard RC F is a fairly powerful beast with a naturally-aspirated V8 engine punching over 450 horsepower. That is enough power for whatever tomfoolery you can think of !
New Lexus IS 350 F-Sport Tuned by Vossen
Vossen wheels brought a special Lexus IS to the 2013 SEMA Show, in part to show off a set of its slick wheels. Based on the IS 350 F-Sport, the concept has to be one of the coolest IS models we’ve laid eyes on. It features a Pearl Yellow body paint originally created by Platinum Motorsport for the Lexus LFA supercar, a Tommy Kaira full aero package and, of course, nifty Vossen CVT directional wheels. Let’s get into some specifics…
The Tommy Kaira body kit adds a new front bumper with additional air intakes for improved engine cooling, additional LED lights for a more menacing look at night, side skirts, a discreet spoiler, and a rear diffuser. The rear bumper is also new. Those Vossen wheels are sized 20-by-9 inches up front and 20-by-10.5 inches out back. They are wrapped in Nitto Invo rubber sized 245/30/20 up front and 285/25/20 at the rear. The tuned IS F-Sport sits notably lower than the regular model, thanks to RS-R Black-I Series coilovers. It also sports a Brembo High Performance GT brake kit and a new, Tommy Kaira dual exhaust system.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEitb5GWdw9emeXDJZoASM883bgGvTkHhShaxaVZED1AufOXxrKxkaP4bEP42wD5FP7lnTeo1SUchZENexNXTtF9NpwKhQQnN6lgvbmhgkFa41wNa8Wheq9OawyhHr6BitGUQq5uTKG35RQs/s1600/Tuned-Lexus-IS-350-Vossen-back.jpg)

New Lexus LF-LC Concept Pictures
Lexus’ display at the North American International Auto Show will feature the LF-LC sport coupe. We’ve already seen the LF-LC after US magazine Road & Track accidently leaked the photos before Christmas. Lexus has now released a few choice details about the cars design and we can share a few high resolution photos following some pictures shown just after the leak.
It was crafted by Toyota’s Calty design studio in Newport Beach, California. The Lexus LF-LC features clean lines that emphasise motion and present a futuristic vehicle. Lexus are expected to take a number of features, including the grille, and apply them to upcoming Lexus models. The LF-LC is a 2+2 sport coupe featuring a panoramic glass roof and a hybrid powertrain. Inside, there’s a refined mix of wood, metal and leather. We are still waiting for in-depth details, until we get them, enjoy the photos! Source: GT Spirit
